National Cathedral Flower Mart - A festive celebration of plants, food and culture held on the grounds of the historic National Cathedral located at the intersection of Wisconsin and Massachusetts Avenue. We provide education while selling rose bushes, memberships and rose bouquets. Volunteers as cashiers needed both Friday and Saturday. Paid parking offered as a token of appreciation. Franciscan Monastery Spring Fling -ARF/PRS members and President of the Franciscan Monastery Guild, Ben Hill, sponsor an herb, perennial and rose sale on the beautiful grounds of the Monastery located at 1400 Quincy Street NE Washington, DC. Photography Seminar and Contest at the  Franciscan Monastery- Award winning rose photographers will guide and direct single bloom and landscape shots of the magnificent gardens in peak bloom. Nominal entry fee required and two grand prizes awarded.

Arlington Rose Foundation’s Annual Spring Rose Show, Merrifield Garden Center - This year Bill Blevins, winner of over 40 Queens of show, will be available to assist beginners. There are categories for every one of your roses. Bring blooms, friends and family.
